So much to catch up on...

I haven't posted in a few weeks, but that's mainly because we were on a family vacation to France and Germany for three weeks, and it has been busy since we got back a couple of weeks ago. I have a lot to say about the trip, mainly because we spent part of it at the Nurburgring and I got to rent a track car and drive on the track... I had been planning this part of the trip for a while, but I didn't want to talk about it in case it didn't take place. Anyway, it all worked out and I had a great time... it was really a "bucket list" item for me to visit and drive on the Ring.

The rest of the trip was lovely too and we drove to many different towns in our rental car. During the trip, I was invited to instruct at the Ferrari Club of America annual event at Mont Tremblant, and I duly accepted. I spent yesterday and the day before at the track, driving my Civic and sitting in the passenger seats of a bunch of Ferraris. It was quite the experience.
